Our Software

We have a number of different software products that are primarily directed to Emergency Medical Services professionals. The EMS provider or service can choose from a number of these offerings to configure a suite of products that are optimal for their needs. All products are available for purchase and download through the Apple App Store.

Star of Life - Star of Life is an electronic Patient Care Report (ePCR) app specifically designed for Emergency Medical Services personnel such as EMTs and paramedics. It tracks a patient through the various stages of handling a patient: Dispatch, Patient Contact, Transport, Hospital, Cleared, and In Service.

Star of Life has the following features:
• Password protection of patient information.
• Multiple assessments per patient.
• Each assessment includes: patient name, address, date of birth, telephone number, venue, and event; systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and SPO2; chief complaint, clinical impression, medical history, allergies, current medications, treatments, and an extensive narrative.

Other features are available through in-app purchase.

Star of Life runs on all iPhones.  It requires iOS 12.0 or later.

Star of Life also includes an Apple Watch application.

EMS Timers Central allows an EMS service to collect and view patient data from multiple devices running Star of Life..
The user chooses which archives to collect (for example, one from each device or more than one from each device). There is no identification of the device whose data is being collected. Instead, the data has the date on which the archive was transmitted from Star of Life. Once collected, the data is sorted by Provider ID (if it was entered by the user of Star of Life).

EMS Timers Central runs on all iPhones and iPads.  It requires iOS 12.4 or later.

TimeChime is a complete chiming app that can be set to play a sound on the quarter-hour, half-hour, or hour. When the appropriate time is reached, TimeChime sends an alert to your iPhone. The alert will give you the following options: Continue Notifications, Stop Notifications, Do Not Disturb. You do not have to respond to the alert: TimeChime will continue sending alerts to your iPhone up to 64 alerts (this is currently an iOS system limitation).

TimeChime includes an Apple Watch application. Timers can be started and stopped from the Watch (timers run on the paired iPhone, not on the watch).
Notifications can be sent to the Watch and you can do the same things as when the notification is received on your iPhone (continue notifications, stop notifications, or start do not disturb).

TimeChime runs on all iPhones. It requires iOS 13.0 or later.
